Do you take photos all over the country?
Yes, we cover all of Denmark. Please note there may be extra costs for ferry or bridge tolls and possibly accommodation for full-day weddings. Contact us for exact details on costs for your specific location.
When do we get our photos?
You receive a link to an online gallery with all your images within 3 weeks (sometimes sooner, depending on the season). You can download all the images from the gallery, but also share them, pick your favourites and even order prints.
Do we receive every photo from the day?
Your gallery will not include every photo taken on the day. We leave out test shots, duplicates and out-of-focus images to make sure you receive a quality product we can stand behind. Every image is carefully reviewed, and those that do not meet our quality standards are removed. The remaining images are thoroughly edited and delivered to you.
How many photos do we receive?
The number of images you receive depends on the package you have chosen. We tailor our delivery to include the best images from your special day, telling the most unforgettable story.
What about GDPR?
We handle all personal information and customer data in full confidence and do not share it with third parties. We will not use your images for marketing on social media or our website unless you have given us permission in advance, as described in the contract. Your data and images are stored by us for as long as you consent. If you wish, you can at any time ask for all information relating to you to be deleted.
How early should we book?
For weddings we recommend booking as early as possible – ideally 12–18 months ahead, especially if you are getting married on a Saturday between May and September. For family, portrait, maternity and confirmation photography, a few weeks to a couple of months is usually enough. Write to us and we will check whether the date is available.
What if it rains?
Then we find a solution. We always have a plan B – for example a covered spot, a barn or a window with good light – and rainy weather often produces some of the most atmospheric images. For outdoor family and maternity sessions we can also talk about finding a new date if the weather is truly impossible.
What should we wear for family photos?
Choose clothes you feel comfortable in. Calm colours that go together work best – try to avoid large logos, text and very small patterns. You don't need to dress alike; it's enough that the colours harmonise. We are happy to give more advice once you have booked.
When in pregnancy is the best time to be photographed?
Most people are photographed around weeks 28–34, when the bump is clearly visible and you still feel well and can move freely. Contact us in good time, so we can find a date that suits you.
